A$65,000.00/yr - A$70,000.00/yr

We are currently looking for a team player to join our Umbraco Support team at our Australian office in Melbourne, as a Junior Technical Support Specialist.

The most important qualification is your personality: Who you are, your values and attitudes, and your eagerness to learn. We are looking for an engaging and positive team player with a take‐charge attitude and commitment to getting things done. Don't hesitate to apply if you are finishing up your university degree or starting out on your first job.

Nice to have:

* Microsoft platform (C#) experience

You can expect to work with and learn about the following technologies, patterns, and buzzwords:

* Debugging, bugs and technical issues
* Support Platform Technologies
* Documentation and Video material
* Microsoft Azure servers and SQL databases
The role

This role reports directly to the Head of Support, with a dotted‐line reporting relationship to the Head of APAC Region.

With engagement and commitment every day at Umbraco, you will:

* Help customers with all kinds of technical issues
* Buddy up with a skilled Technical Supporter on the team
* Help with testing, locating, and reporting bugs and issues in our products
* Actively take part in daily stand‐ups
* Make a difference for our customers every day

Practicalities
* Working hours: Full-time 38 hours a week
* First six months fully on‐site as you learn the ropes from a Senior Technical Support Engineer
* Then we will have a flexible arrangement with three days on‐site
* Preferred start date: 2nd of February 2026
* Recruitment process start date: 25th November 2025
