* This role involves providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in accordance with best practice nursing procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a kind heart, genuine passion for providing high-quality care, and current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
As a member of our team, you will be expected to act as a team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team while working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents.
* To be successful in this role, you'll need strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues.
