Australian Citizens With NV1 Clearance previous defence exp preferred.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience in Project Management methodologies and delivery (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, Delivery Management).
Experience in delivering large, complex technical projects on time and within budget.
Experience working to Defence industry standards and legislation.
Robust communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with demonstrable experience of presentation and engagement with stakeholders, projects and business areas.
Experience in commercial activities including managing budgets, developing proposals, and delivering commercial value to clients.
Robust leadership skills, with experience in building and managing high- performing teams with a strong technical background managing engineering and infrastructure teams.
Robust understanding of contracts and procurement and/or contract management functional knowledge, including working knowledge of complex programs such as ASDEFCON.
SEA2273 Minerva experience would be highly regarded.
Desirable Skills and Experience
Experience working with SPOs and familiarity of the processes involved in delivering capability to Navy.
A qualified practitioner with specific qualifications or industry training (Bachelors or above) or relevant industry experience of more than 10 years.
