Founded in 2010 in Australia, our company now services organisations around the globe.About the Management AccountantThe core task of your role will be to ensure our management team have good, reliable information to take the decisions that will impact our growth.
That will include managing our accounting records to make sure we meet our responsibilities and to provide a strong foundation for sound decisions.
Much of the data entry is automated through our different systems so it's more a focus on reconciling and checking that everything is working the way it should.Prepare monthly management reportsManage and monitor budgets and cashflow forecastsAnalyse our financial and non-financial data and recommend improvements to our systems and processesMaintain the accounting records (in Xero and connected systems) to ensure we meet all of our compliance requirementsAssist with regular analysis reports on all aspects of the businessReal expertiseYou will be experienced in providing analysis and reports for growing businesses.
SAAS experience would be definite advantage.
You'll be able to prepare a 3-way forecast as well as the KPIs to know where our business has been and where it is headed.
We expect you to be valuable at communicating reports to both accountants and non-accountants.You'll have a sound understanding of the compliance needs of a business like ours, from BAS and PAYG to Payroll Tax and WorkCover for a distributed team.
With you managing the finance function, we want to be confident that everything that needs to happen is taken care of in good time.What is required to succeedTo be successful for this position you will be a tertiary qualified accountant.
Ideally, you have attained your CA or CPA qualifications.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong interpersonal skills.
