Your Role: Australian Military Bank is seeking a driven and experienced leader to manage and grow our ACT/Riverina region. Based in Duntroon ACT, you'll lead a team across 6 on-base branches( Duntroon, Russell, ADFA, Wagga, Kapooka and Bandiana), driving performance, growing membership and delivering exceptional service within the Defence community. Reporting to the Chief Member Experience Distribution Officer, you'll coach and develop your team to meet regional targets, while implementing innovative initiatives to strengthen our brand and member engagement. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing Mutual Bank. A company vehicle is provided for regional travel. About You We're looking for a strong leader with a proven track record of guiding lending teams to consistently meet or exceed targets across a variety of banking products. The ideal candidate will have well developed lending skills, with experience in a centralised lending environment and a sound understanding of retail banking systems and processes. A Delegated Lending Authority (DLAA) is highly desirable. You'll bring excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, coach and influence others, along with the confidence and warmth to manage complex or sensitive situations. An unrestricted driver's licence and Tier 2 Financial Services accreditation are required. A Certificate IV in Financial Services or Frontline Management will be viewed favourably.
