Job Overview
* Lead a skilled team of trades in delivering critical maintenance services across defence sites.
* Oversight of planned maintenance and repair works, including audits and optimisation of assets.
* Provide ongoing support and leadership to the trades and maintenance team.
* Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and defence contracts.
* Active participation in transformation programmes.
* Ensure work order allocation to timesheets is accurate.
* Oversee contractor safety frameworks including SWMS and onsite compliance with Ventia Critical Risk Protocols.
* Proactive contractor management of all key performance metrics within the month.
* Ensure contractual compliance through site assessments and initiate necessary work orders or quotes.
* Manage client requests and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
