As part of our continued growth, we are seeking experienced General Insurance Brokers to join our teams in Adelaide and Brisbane. The position: Ability to write new business, renewals and endorsements Ability to network and build relationships with stakeholders Manage leads from joint venture partners Build rapport with new clients and maintain strong working relationships Advise clients on appropriate insurance cover based on their needs Negotiate insurance policies with insurers The ideal candidate: At least 2 years experience in the insurance industry (Tier 1 required) Proven track record in a sales environment Outstanding customer service skills Meet sales targets and earn monthly commissions Develop strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders Attention to detail Highly Drive, Self-motivated Positive can-do attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with SCTP and Sunrise system is an advantage The benefits: Professional development opportunities Great team support, including client service team and claims team Ongoing company support, including personalised marketing plan A genuine work-life balance We offer an attractive base salary package plus uncapped commissions with opportunities to grow with the company.
