Responsibilities
* Provide professional, efficient and accurate customer service across Council services.
* Maintain confidentiality of Council and customer information.
* Accurately record and manage customer enquiries and follow up within service standards.
* Process payments and assist with daily balancing tasks.
* Liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues.
* Participate in training and contribute to customer communication and service improvements.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse community.
* Calm and professional approach to handling difficult customers and situations.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate record‐keeping and cash handling.
* Ability to work well independently and within a team.
* Minimum of 2 years customer‐service experience.
* Certificate III in Business or a similar relevant qualification.
Position Details
Part‐Time, 66.64 hours fortnight. Annual salary: $71,415 per annum (pro‐rata).
