The Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore is their focus, and they have multiple projects in different stages of development. New acquisitions are important to them so they can continue to top up their pipeline of future projects in blue chip areas. The role Due to growth within their business, a position has been created for a Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director and from time to time, a small team of development professionals. Key responsibilities will include: • Diary & Email Management for the Managing Director • Coordination & Set-up of Internal & External Meetings • Liaise with Suppliers & other External Stakeholders • Assist with the Co-ordination of Reports, Presentations, & Papers • General Office Administration including Weekly Shop Skills & experience To be considered for this position it is essential that you have experience as a Personal Assistant or Team Assistant in real estate, property, or development.
