Talent Consultant – Regional Support

Full time, ongoing

This brand-new role offers the chance to have a genuine impact in regional WA communities while working as part of a tight knit, supportive team.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and relationship driven Talent Consultant to provide recruitment support to Catholic school Principals across regional locations in the Geraldton, Perth and Bunbury Dioceses.

You will work closely with school leaders to understand their unique contexts, proactively build regional talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

* Developing a deep understanding of each school community and its staffing needs
* Building trusted relationships with Principals and stakeholders across WA
* Leading end to end recruitment processes and maintaining high governance standards
* Proactively sourcing teachers and support staff for rural and regional settings
* Enhancing CEWA's employer brand through strong communication and candidate care
* Supporting CEWA's strategic directions and commitment to child safety

What You'll Bring

* End to end recruitment experience
* A genuine passion for people, teamwork and service
* Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high quality standards
* An understanding of (or openness to) the Catholic ethos within CEWA
* Experience working with regional or remote communities is highly regarded
