Administration Assistant
We are seeking a professional and friendly Administration Assistant to provide weekend support in our busy Urgent Care Department. Working every second weekend, you will be responsible for efficiently screening and responding to patient inquiries and requests. Your excellent communication skills will ensure all patients are greeted and assisted promptly and courteously.
This is a part-time, weekend position with shift hours from 10:00 to 18:30 on Saturdays and Sundays. There is also the opportunity to pick up extra shifts across our Customer Excellence departments.
Key responsibilities include:
* Screening and responding to a range of confidential patient inquiries and requests, following up appropriately
* Greeting all patients professionally and assisting them promptly
* Supporting the admission and discharge process, including medical record coordination
Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist is ideal but not required for the right candidate. More important is a friendly and professional manner, excellent communication abilities, and solid administrative skills.
