About the role
We’re seeking a Chemicals Distribution & Logistics Officer to plan, schedule, and coordinate the distribution of CSBP’s chemical products. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you’ll ensure customer needs are met with precision, safety, and professionalism.
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan and schedule chemical product distribution based on customer demand and availability
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage order processing, dispatches, and invoices.
- Support import/export logistics, liaise with transport providers and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain compliance and ensure all relevant despatch documentation, such as dangerous good checklists, road delivery notes, shipping documentation, is completed for each despatch.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for emergency customer needs.
About you

This is a permanent full time role, with potential to also be offered part time.
Flexibility in working hours is required to meet customer needs, and while working days can be tailored, the ability to work at least some weekends across a shared roster is essential.
