The Role

Location: Sydney

Our Implementation & Activation (Performance) team is embedded within our agency client teams and accountable to the clients they work on.

The scope of the team covers the implementation planning and activation of performance channels and touchpoints, with a focus on delivering connected, audience‐first client outputs.

* Run Campaigns for Iconic Brands: Manage performance campaigns for names like AAMI and GIO, handling implementation, optimisation, monitoring, and reporting.
* Become a Data Detective: Build and maintain reports and dashboards, dive into performance data, and provide sharp commentary and clear recommendations.
* Own the Engine Room: Prepare campaign structures and bid strategies, ensure flawless conversion tracking and operational excellence.
* Drive Campaign Optimisation: Proactively identify performance issues, diagnose problems, and adjust to deliver on our optimisation roadmap.
* Grow as a Team Player: Collaborate closely with the team, contribute to a positive and supportive culture, and build strong relationships with clients.

Ideal Skills and Experience

You'll thrive in this role if you have a great attitude and attention to detail. We're also looking for:

* A Rising Star in Performance: 1–3 years of hands‐on experience in performance marketing, with a solid understanding of Search Marketing fundamentals.
* Detail‐Oriented & Analytical: A sharp eye for detail, a love for data, and a knack for turning numbers into actionable insights.
* A Proactive Problem‐Solver: Positive, "can‐do" attitude, accountable, always seeking ways to improve performance.
* A Great Communicator & Collaborator: Thrive in a team environment, communicate clearly, and contribute positively to knowledge sharing.
* Ambitious and Eager to Learn: Passionate about the media industry, excited to build a career and deliver outstanding service to clients.
