Chief Operating Officer

A seasoned executive is sought to lead the property division, driving operational performance and maximizing asset value. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facility management, leasing, sales, and servicing, with a customer-centric mindset and ability to optimize asset value across a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

">
">
* Provide strategic leadership and direction for the property division, including leasing, sales, property servicing, and facilities management.
">
* Drive operational performance and profitability of residential and commercial property assets within the group portfolio.
">
* Manage lease negotiations, tenant relations, and long-term occupancy strategies to maximize revenue and asset utilization.
">
* Oversee day-to-day facilities operations to ensure high standards of maintenance, safety, and compliance.
">
* Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of property and facilities professionals across multiple sites.
">
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including tenants, investors, service providers, and internal business units.
">
* Develop and implement operating budgets, performance metrics, and reporting systems for continuous improvement.
">
* Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices in property leasing and facility operations across all jurisdictions.
">

Key Requirements:

">
">
* Minimum 10+ years of senior leadership experience in property leasing, sales, facility management, or real estate services, preferably within hospitality or residential/commercial property environments.
">
* Proven experience in managing operational performance and service delivery across multiple properties or a property portfolio.
">
* Strong understanding of property leasing and tenant lifecycle management, including contract negotiation and renewals.
">
* Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and create a culture of accountability and service excellence.
">
* Solid knowledge of building operations, maintenance protocols, and sustainability practices.
">
* Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L oversight, and asset optimization.
">
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
">
">

Preferred Qualifications:

">
">
* Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or Business Administration.
">
* Professional certifications (e.g., CPM, RICS, or similar) are advantageous.
">
* Hospitality sector experience is highly regarded.
">
* Experience working across Oceania markets is a plus.
">
