About the Role:
The Talent Partner will be responsible for providing professional and seamless talent services to the business. This includes enabling line managers to recruit the best applicant possible, as well as leading their people to service members/customers.
This role requires developing and implementing best practice recruitment strategies and processes to enable the organisation to achieve its business goals.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A HR or business-related qualification.
* 4+ years of inhouse recruitment experience as well as operational experience.
* A consultative approach to decision making.
* Genuine passion for Talent and people focused service delivery.
* Highly motivated, enthusiastic, positive nature.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks and conflicting priorities simultaneously.
* Ability to think creatively.
* Team player with strong ethos, adhering to agreed behaviours as per RACV values.
* Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
* Trustworthy, reliable, strong work ethic.
