About the role
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing excellent customer service at our car rental counter.
- Handling bookings and all customer phone enquiries effectively.
- Conducting thorough checks and cleaning/washing of vehicles prior to and on return of rentals.
- Identifying customer needs and making sales through cross-selling techniques.
