Where you'll make an impact
Undertake turf and garden maintenance, landscaping, and construction
Implement pest management and plant nutrition programs
Safely operate landscape maintenance equipment in line with Workplace Health and Safety procedures
Maintain aesthetic standards across all island landscape precincts with meticulous attention to detail
Participate in propagation and nursery operations
What we're looking for
You love nature, thrive outdoors, and take pride in seeing tropical gardens flourish. With an eye for detail and a genuine passion for horticulture, you'll play a key role in keeping Hamilton Island beautiful for our guests and community.
To be successful, you'll need
Certificate I, II or III in Horticulture
or
minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
Manual driver's licence (essential)
Irrigation knowledge (desirable)
Full Australian working rights – unfortunately this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
