About the Role: The Workforce Planning Coordinator will be an integral leader in the Workforce Planning and Support team, Some of your duties will include: Preparing, reviewing and coordinating movement of confidential business documentation, including reports, briefing materials for leadership and management, personnel records, and Human Resources documentation Coordinating end to end recruitment processes, including scheduling and running interviews, preparation of guides and recruitment documentation and reports Coordinating onboarding activities for different engagement types, including VPS, labour hire contractors and vendor engagements To learn more about this role before applying, please read the attached position description. About You: As our ideal candidate, you will possess: Highly-developed written and verbal communication skills that will enable effective communication with internal and external stakeholders Ability to perform to a high quality, coordinating and improving multi-level processes involving and affecting multiple stakeholders Familiarity in maintaining ‘source of truth' databases and registers, with a focus on data integrity and reporting requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of applications Internal recruitment and human resource coordination experience is desirable.
