Role Description
This is a contract, hybrid role located in the Greater Perth Area of Mandurah. The role entails working closely with clients to understand their financial goals and needs, assisting them in selecting appropriate financial solutions, and managing the loan application process. Day-to-day tasks include providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, managing client communications, and collaborating with other team members for smooth operations.
Qualifications
* Experience in Financial Services, Mortgage Broking, and Understanding of Loan Products
* Excellent Customer Service and Relationship Management Skills
* Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
* Highly Organised and Detail-Oriented with Record-Keeping Abilities
* Proficiency in Financial Tools, Software, and Analysis
* Capable of Working Collaboratively in a Professional On-Site Environment
* Certification or qualification in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
* Knowledge of the Greater Perth Area property market is an advantage
