Job Opportunity: Project Management and Payroll Transformation
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact transformation project across Australia and New Zealand.
This 12-month fixed-term role will drive the implementation of a Workday certified, auditable and compliant payroll and time-tracking solution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, collaborating with stakeholders, managing vendor relationships and ensuring delivery against milestones and quality standards.
Key qualifications include proven experience in managing complex HRIS, payroll and time-tracking projects, strong knowledge of enterprise systems such as Workday, SAP or Kronos, and expertise in navigating regulatory and compliance requirements in Australia and New Zealand.
Additionally, exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, ability to work independently and drive outcomes in a matrixed global organisation, and experience in vendor management and contract compliance are essential.
Responsibilities:
* Leading end-to-end project delivery of the Payroll and Time-Tracking transformation in ANZ
* Collaborating with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT and Operations to define scope, timelines and success criteria
* Managing vendor relationships and ensuring delivery against milestones and quality standards
* Identifying and mitigating project risk, and resolving issues as they arise
* Leading project governance activities including status reporting, steering committee updates and compliance tracking
* Driving alignment with global Workday deployment strategy
* Ensuring all implementations are audit-ready and meet SOX and local compliance requirements
* Championing change management, training, and adoption planning
