3 long-term contract opportunities await experienced and visionary leaders who can lift our world-class system to the next level in the South East Region, Darling Downs South West Region and Central Queensland Region.About The RoleReporting directly to the Deputy Director-General, School and Regional Operations and Performance and working with some of Australia's best educational leaders, these positions have supervision of over 100 state schools and a diverse range of Early Childhood facilities.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support the strategic leadership of the Department's strategic direction and drive implementation of new system-wide initiatives within the region.You will be joining the Department at an exciting time of transformational change that requires a strong focus on leadership, people development and the continuous improvement of educational outcomes for Queenslanders.

As an executive you will work towards a system of world class service delivery and public sector management.You will have strong professional leadership and management capabilities and a record of success as a leader in a large and complex organisation.You will have extensive experience across the public, private and/or not for profit sector and you will have a strong background in strategy and policy implementation, service delivery, and client service.You will have a strong understanding of the educational sector and experience leading strong performance outcomes for students and children.You will have a proven track record as an agent of change in challenging environments and in fostering a confident and capable workforce.Interested?
