Key Accountabilities
* Shadow team members to gain practical experience in program development and application lifecycle management.
* Participate in Testing & Quality Assurance for platforms such as the retail website, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), and Progress.
* Develop testing skills by learning structured testing approaches.
* Observe how business solutions are designed to meet operational goals.
* Engage with internal stakeholders to gather insights and requirements, supported by the wider Business Applications team.
* Support minor functionality updates within business applications under supervision.
* Maintain and update documentation including procedures, user guides, and configuration records.
* Contribute to team projects by assisting with tasks related to application development, support, and continuous improvement.
* Complete all necessary study requirements within the timeframe
* Ensure own safety and health at work and avoid adversely affecting the safety or health of any other person through any act or omission at work.
