Zweck is an internal Group Services division that partners with Aizer Group. We are seeking a Building Insurance Supervisor for our partner Aizer Insurance Builders.
We are looking for the right person to join our team based in Burleigh Heads. This role will report directly to the Construction Manager and will lead our insurance repair works in the Gold Coast/Brisbane region.

About the Role
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Identify faults and damages to homes, and determine best repair strategies
* Coordination of supporting trades, labourers and subcontractors
* QA / Handover Inspections
* Assisting with site based WH&S including toolbox talks and pre-start meetings
* Provide feedback on contractor performance and quality control to ensure that the customer's objectives are met.
* Provide support to Construction Manager as required to enable the delivery of the work in accordance with the company's objectives, always being on time, within budget and to our client's satisfaction.

To be successful in this role you will also have:
* Trade Qualification and relevant licencing.
* QBCC Site Supervisor or Builders Licence - desirable but not essential
* Minimum of 3 years in the Building/Construction industry
* Sound knowledge of regulations, by-laws and building codes
* Exceptional time management, planning, and communication skills
* Ability to be a team player who can work with subcontractors and clients to achieve best outcome for all
* A positive attitude, personal drive, and performance focus.
* Must be able to provide own tools of trade as required.
