**Position Summary**:
The Web Content Specialist will be working with a dynamic group of marketers across multiple customer-oriented segments, to support the execution of integrated marketing programs and provide data driven feedback to stakeholders and leadership teams. The role will require the ability to prioritise and manage multiple promotional requests, ensuring marketing programs are delivered on time and as effectively as possible.
The Web Content Specialist is also responsible for measuring and reporting the performance of content and marketing pages, with a focus on improving engagement and conversion. To be successful in this role you should have a growth mindset of continuous improvement along with being an excellent communicator with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Marketing program support and execution:
- Product and portfolio Support: Ensure marketing product pages are updated and maintained, delivering accuracy and functionality, and driving continuous improvement of customer experience and engagement.
- Lead Generation and Marketing Program Support: Assisting marketing specialists with development and execution of programs and tactics such as development of landing pages and web forms to feed the lead funnel, social media support, Pre and post campaign analysis on key programs.
- Web Merchandising: Collaborate with Marketing Specialists and internal partners to deliver promotional messaging across website and develop marketing and customer journeys to improve digital sales.
- Test & Learn: Drive continuous improvement by focusing on landing and product pages, to delivery simplified customer journeys and increase digital leads and sales performance.
- Brand: Ensure Global Brand guidelines are adhered to across all web and digital content delivery upholding high Thermo Fisher corporate quality standards and requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure effective management and support of marketing programs.
- General Marketing administration
- Maintaining Marketing WIKI and internal marketing processes.
- Monitoring and reporting of SEO & social KPI's and engagement metrics.

**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications**:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or business management or equivalent.
- Highly proficient in managing web and digital content.
- Proven experience and understanding across marketing communications with solid grounding in digital.
- Minimum of three years in a commercial marketing team.
