Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Performance:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to optimize sales performance.
* Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and ensure compliance with brand standards.
Team Management & Development:
* Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
* Foster a results-driven culture with clear performance expectations and incentives.
* Provide ongoing coaching and development to prepare team members for growth opportunities.
Customer Experience & Retention:
* Drive a customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service and long-term customer relationships.
* Oversee the implementation of digital and traditional marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
* Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Operational & Financial Management:
* Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and efficient turnover.
* Work closely with finance and aftersales departments to maximize dealership profitability.
* Analyze sales data and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Career Development Toward Dealer Principal Role:
* Gain hands-on experience in dealership operations beyond sales, including finance, service, and administration.
* Work closely with the Dealer Principal to understand the broader aspects of dealership management.
* Develop strategic thinking and leadership capabilities to transition into a Dealer Principal position in the future.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales management, preferably in a franchise dealership.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Proven track record of guest experience excellence.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service abilities.
