As a Foreman, you'll be working on projects valued between $2m - $15m, leading a team and subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes across subdivision projects.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing daily site operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
* Managing personnel and subcontractors to meet project milestones
* Maintaining compliance with construction plans and project specifications
* Promoting a positive, solutions-driven team culture
* Ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience as a Foreman, ideally working across subdivision projects or similar.
* Experience in bulk earthworks, civils and roadworks.
* Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
* Ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
* Construction Industry Card (White / Blue).
* Current Driver Licence.
* Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded.
* Strong commitment to Quality and Safety standards.
