The Assistant Thrift Shop Manager is responsible for spearheading the success of thrift shops by optimizing revenue and fostering strong community ties.
* Drive sales growth by effectively managing donations, controlling stock levels, and promoting in-store promotions to maximize profits.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, training staff and volunteers, and promoting opportunities to connect customers with our mission.
* Ensure seamless store operations by supervising volunteers, coordinating rosters and attendance, and maintaining a smooth workflow.
