About the Role
As the General Manager of Masters Lodge, you will combine your clinical expertise, operational skills, and compassionate leadership to create a home where residents and staff thrive. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and safety, while fostering a workplace culture that is inclusive, engaged, and supportive.
You will be the face of Masters Lodge, building strong connections with residents, families, staff, and the wider Hervey Bay community. Working closely with Respect Aged Care’s corporate services teams, you will have the backing to focus on what you do best: leading people and shaping culture.
This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact, combining professional leadership with a strong sense of purpose, all in one of Queensland’s most sought-after coastal regions.
About You
* Leadership experience in residential aged care (ideally 3+ years)
* Strong knowledge of aged care quality standards and funding frameworks
* A confident communicator who leads with empathy, professionalism, and integrity
* Passion for resident-centred care and building a positive, supportive team culture
