Our organization seeks a skilled It Field Engineer to join its team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
* Provide hardware break-fix and upgrade services for laptops, desktops, printers, and scanners.
* Handle stock ordering and inventory management.
* Support project activities and coordinate MACI (Move, Allocate, Change, Install) services for new equipment.
* Deliver L3 desktop and L1 LAN support.
* Provide technical support for voice and video conferencing systems (CUCM, Gai-Tronics).
* Coordinate with vendors and global/offshore support teams.
* Evaluate and recommend new hardware/software solutions.
* Support remote and roaming users, including software deployment and antivirus management.
* Maintain trouble tickets, file servers, and print servers (site-specific).
* Conduct user training sessions and awareness programs on new technologies.
* Assist with virus outbreak management, asset disposal, and site inventory maintenance.
* Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with onsite/offshore teams and generate activity reports.
* Escalate issues to management or higher support levels as needed.
* Implement corrective and preventive actions identified in service reviews.
* Manage Acronis backup solutions and support CCTV and intrusion detection systems.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
