Your role is to provide a range of personal care tasks based on assessed needs as determined by the care plan, which enables recipients to maintain their desired standards of personal care and hygiene.
The Position
Key responsibilities include encouraging and promoting independence and coping mechanisms in recipients, assisting with medications as per scope of practice, applying medical aids, documenting visits and recording information in patient files, and providing feedback to registered nurses if any changes are observed in clients' mental or physical health, or environment.

Requirements
Suitable applicants will possess a Certificate 3 in Home and Community Care, Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support, hold a current First Aid Certificate Level 2, and have a Victoria Driver's license.
