GTNT Group are now recruiting for an Apprentice Maintenance Infrastructure (Refrigeration) to work with GEMCO - South32 Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) at Groote Eylandt.
This fantastic opportunity is offering UEE Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration with paid employment 1st year apprentice commencing FIFO on a 4/3 roster 2nd/3rd/4th years commencing FIFO on a 7/7 Roster
To be successful in this role, you will have/be:
* 17 Years of age or older (preferred Year 12 completion)
* Local Groote Eylandt residents preferable or NT resident
* 2nd 3rd and 4th years are encouraged to apply.
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing
* Current NT C Class Drivers licence
Qualification Description:
This qualification covers competencies to select components, install, set up, test, fault find, repair and maintain refrigeration systems and equipment that apply to food storage and preservation, and air conditioning and air distribution equipment in buildings and premises.
Nominal Duration:
This qualification has a set nominal duration of 48 months. This is the amount of time you need to be committed to, for successful completion of this qualification.
