Senior Graphic Designer Position
This senior-level design role is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the creation of impactful visual content. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering graphic design solutions across various internal and external channels, including print and digital formats.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of graphic design software and trends, as well as strong stakeholder management skills. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to gain feedback, approvals, and provide updates on design jobs. Additionally, they will use project management tools to receive and manage design briefs, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and manage diverse design projects with competing deadlines.
The Senior Graphic Designer will also be responsible for working closely with the General Manager – Brand and Marketing Acquisition to develop and manage brand guidelines. They will apply a commercial mindset, understanding the bottom-line contribution of successful marketing and design initiatives. Furthermore, they will produce meaningful data visualisations and research current design trends across print, digital, UX, and social channels.
To thrive in this role, the candidate should have excellent stakeholder management skills, proven ability to produce engaging responsive HTML5/CSS3 content, proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Flash), experience working with a CMS, preferably WordPress, SiteCore, or AEM, and proven ability to produce jobs from concept through to finished art (digital and print) including organisation of production of printed assets with suppliers.
