This role is about making day-to-day life easier for someone juggling a consultancy, a household, and family life. You’ll be the right-hand who keeps things in flow - part household manager, part PA, part sidekick.

You’re proactive, organised, and you like variety - some laptop work, some errands, some hands-on resets.

What you’ll be doing
Business Admin (supporting me, not clients) is handled as follows:
- Pulling together documents and notes
- Behind-the-scenes support to keep projects moving
- Uploading/scheduling content for my account
- Booking appointments
- Managing subscriptions/memberships
- Tracking when bills/renewals are due and flagging them
- Ordering gifts, supplies, and items online
- Ad-hoc admin tasks that lighten my weekly load
Household responsibilities include:
- Keeping the house tidy and in flow
- Putting away clean washing
- Organising toys and shared spaces
- Pantry/fridge organisation & weekly reset
- Wiping benches and light resets (not a cleaner - just daily flow)
- Meal prep
Family Support responsibilities include:
- Packing/unpacking school bag + lunchbox prep
- Supporting with after-school activities
- Occasionally entertaining (board games, Switch, Lego, drawing, etc.)
