We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Professional to support our day-to-day operations and provide an exceptional in-store experience. Key responsibilities include assisting with retail sales, Point of Sale operations, collecting donations, developing visual merchandising, and providing outstanding customer service.
Successful candidates will have high energy, hands-on skills, and excellent communication skills. While previous retail experience is not essential, passion for delivering results and alignment with The Salvation Army Mission and Values is crucial. This role requires flexibility to work a rolling roster, including weekends, and adaptability across various locations in the retail area.
