Role Overview
Exclusive to Reo Group, this is a highly exciting role to provide ongoing support to the Head of Finance and key stakeholders within a global Sales & Distribution business. This role is being recruited to optimise growth and commercial opportunities, cost management and to develop and implement key strategic initiatives.
Where the client is looking to achieve value in this hire is through acquiring a strategic individual who has demonstrated prior work in driving business growth, specifically around portfolio management, margin optimisation and ownership and managing the full P&L to drive performance through Business Partnering and ability to provide actionable insights.
Responsibilities
* Lead planning and forecasting activities across category management
* Business cases development for capital and operational items
* Business Partner with Sales and Operational teams to improve financial capability among non-finance Stakeholders
* Development of strategic plans
* Optimisation of Pricing and Margin improvement strategies
Candidate Profile
This role is a brilliant opportunity for a candidate with solid exposure to strategic initiatives, the ability to provide first class business partnering expertise and someone who is viewed as a leader who looks to bring clarity and improve processes around reporting, budgeting and forecasting in a positively changing business. The ideal candidate will be CA / CPA Qualified with circa 10 years experience from a product driven environment and it is desired for this role that the candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with Senior stakeholders. Candidates who are currently within a “data heavy” environment such as logistics, retail, business services or FMCG will also be looked at favourably.
This is a large, growth focussed business based in Western Sydney who will provide a platform for candidates to work in an environment that will allow them to drive change and transformation initiatives. They have demonstrated solid growth over the years and have a wider team of exceptional finance professionals. A hybrid working pattern is available for this role, with the team being office based for 3 days per week. The business offers parking on-site.
