Our client is a well-established property developer with a strong pipeline of landmark residential projects.
They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-rise residential developments from design through to completion.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development process, coordinating consultants and builders, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality, on time and within budget.
This is an exciting opportunity to work directly for a developer on significant projects shaping Sydney's skyline.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the end-to-end delivery of large-scale high-rise residential projects
Overseeing design development, DA processes, procurement, and construction
Coordinating consultants, builders, and key project partners
Monitoring budgets, programs, reporting, and risk management
Ensuring projects are delivered to quality, safety, and compliance standards
About you:
7+ years' project management experience within property development, client-side, or consultancy environments
Proven experience working on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects (high-rise preferred)
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Engineering, or Architecture
Commercial acumen and the ability to manage complex project programs
