Key Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and optimize core modules of a large-scale CRM system
* Analyze complex business requirements and design effective, scalable technical solutions
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested PHP code (preferably with Laravel or Symfony)
* Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend developers, and QA engineers to ensure timely delivery
* Contribute to system architecture discussions and participate in technical decision-making
* Maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews to uphold code quality standards
Requirements
* Native or fluent Mandarin speaker (required for internal communication)
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields
* 2+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development
* Solid understanding of PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony, with real-world project experience
* Familiarity with MySQL, Redis, and data modeling
* Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows
* Solid grasp of and RESTful API design principles
* Strong coding habits, with knowledge of common refactoring techniques
* Good command of written and reading English (for documentation and technical materials)
* Self-motivated and team-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
