This is a key sales operations position that focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
 * Key Responsibilities:
 * Provide technical support to sales teams, ensuring they meet revenue targets.
 * Maintain databases for all customer segments.
 * Handle reservations and ticketing, refunds, and trade/corporate accounts support.
 * Prepare documents and reconciliations.
Accountabilities
 * Job Accountabilities:
 * Adhere to standard operating procedures established to ensure alignment to global sales/sales operations principles.
 * Maintain customer database for all customer segments.
 * Prepare DSRs and liaise with finance on reconciliation of sales.
 * Provide five-star support to contracted corporate accounts.
 * Perform other duties as directed by the department head.
