Family Law - Senior Associate to Partner level | Sunshine Coast
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 DOE
Location: Sunshine Coast – Maroochydore Office OR Brisbane OR Gold Coast

Partner role:
As a Senior Associate to Partner in a Family Law practice, you play a pivotal role in leading complex and sensitive matters such as divorce, child custody, property settlements, and spousal support. You'll have the opportunity to shape strategy, provide expert guidance to clients, and mentor junior lawyers (team of 5 at present). This leadership position allows you to build strong client relationships, offering compassionate, results-driven advice while steering the growth of the firm. With the ability to influence key decisions, you'll help drive successful outcomes that make a lasting impact on clients' lives.
Requirements:
* Must have 10+ Years Family Law practice experience from a reputable firm
* Must be able to achieve targets while managing a team of 5
* Ability to build up the practice and obtain more clients
* History of guiding and mentoring Junior Team Members (Solicitors and Paralegals)
* Good Attitude and Drive to be a success
