Following an internal promotion as we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Personal Assistant / Financial Analyst to support our director and wider client-facing team. What You'll Do
* Provide direct support to the Director, including inbox and diary management, scheduling, and general admin.
* Analyse client lending structures (facilities, rates, terms) and prepare comparison reports.
* Utilise custom software to highlight cost savings, loan structures, and strategy options.
* Maintain accurate client records and ensure all information is up to date.
* Assist with preparation of client-facing materials (reports, summaries, presentations).
* Liaise with banks, stakeholders, and clients to gather information and keep deals moving.
* Support the business with project work, marketing assistance, and data management as required.
* Strong analytical and financial skills — you love working with numbers.
* Exceptional organisational skills — able to juggle tasks in a high-pressure environment and keep deadlines on track.
* Confident communicator — written and verbal — comfortable engaging with clients and stakeholders.
* Tech-savvy: experienced in Windows operating systems as well as Outlook, Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat. Experience in Microsoft Planner & Microsoft Tasks will be valuable but not essential. To complete daily tasks, you must be comfortable with utilising a wide range of programs simultaneously - including in house programs as well as bank and key stakeholder provided programs and portals.
