Multi-skilled Mobile Plant Operators – Civil Construction | Full-Time

RDH provides a wide range of civil and earthmoving solutions to a diverse client base. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth across our projects, we are seeking multi-skilled Mobile Plant Operators with roads and bulk earthworks experience to join our team. Responsibilities
* Operate multiple mobile plant pieces (e.g., Excavators, Dozers, Loaders, Graders) and related equipment as part of Civil Construction projects.
* Work across a range of machines including Skid Steers, Articulated Trucks, HR Watercarts, Scrapers and Rollers.
* Operate the above machinery in a Civil Construction scope and contribute to project quality and safety outcomes.
* Adhere to project rosters and site-specific requirements; be prepared to deploy to regional Western Australia as required.
Qualifications and Skills
* 3+ years of operating experience is desirable.
* Current HR driver's license (minimum).
* RIIMP Operating tickets or ability to demonstrate competency to Trainers & Assessors for VOCs.
* White or Blue Construction Safety Induction card.
* Satisfactory National Police Clearance.
* Ability to obtain full pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening.
* Positive work attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to perform manual labour when required.
* Ability to work to project-specific rosters and deploy to RDH sites with accommodation, meals and travel provided where applicable.
* Strong commitment to safety and quality, with a proactive approach to site safety.
