Job Description What is the role?

As a Assoc. Professional in content, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our teams' understanding of our digital solutions through diverse and creative content. This role will be required to manage a range of internal stakeholders to drive meaningful business outcomes.

What will you be doing?

Creating and delivering: Content creation including product documentation, staff help guides, videos and product familiarisation courses. Ensure all content consistently reflects the brand voice and messaging in an empathetic way to drive the best possible client outcomes.

Content Strategy: Contribute to the strategic creation of internal content across multiple platforms for a diverse range of teams, with a focus on consistency, recency and relevance to the customer.

Optimisation: Continually optimise content for internal staff, as well as for both chatbot & AI assistants to drive engagement and satisfaction.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Working cross-functionally across a diverse stakeholder groups to ensure vital information is captured to enable our customer facing teams to provide world class service.

Measuring & Collating: Analytics & Feedback around user engagement, product adoption & project progress to inform strategies that drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Qualifications What credentials/education do you need?
* 2+ years' experience in content writing and content creation in a digital publishing environment
* Prior experience with technical documentation, structured authoring and use of Zendesk Guide will be advantageous
* Prior experience in creating content with tools such as Camtasia, Articulate
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with property data or customer service metrics is a plus.
