One of our clients in the Charlotte area is looing for a Sr. Product Owner to add to their team. The Sr. Product Owner will collaborate with Product Owners, Technology and other key partners to define and drive requirements supporting data conversions. The Sr. Product Owner will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic roadmap. The Sr. Product Owner will be responsible for defining, developing, and supporting the implementation of key deliverables and capabilities, ensuring these align seamlessly with business objectives.

Rate: $65 - $70 / hr. w2
Responsibilities
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business, IT, Risk, Finance, and Operations, to define and execute comprehensive product strategies
* Guide Agile squads through the entire product lifecycle, utilizing Scrum or SAFe methodologies to ensure efficient and effective delivery
* Oversee and prioritize the product backlog, crafting and refining user stories, addressing defects, and managing technical spikes to align with strategic goals
* Partner with engineering, architecture, security, and compliance teams to gather detailed requirements and validate use cases, ensuring robust and secure product development
* Architect integration solutions using RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and middleware platforms to enhance system interoperability and performance
Experience Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
* 6+ years in product ownership or product management, including 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
* Strong experience with API and microservices-based integration initiatives.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, API gateways, and DevOps practices.
* Solid understanding of system architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns (synchronous, asynchronous, pub/sub).
* Proficiency with Agile tools
Education Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of related business experience.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
