We are currently seeking an experienced and energeticPersonal Care Assistant (AIN / PCA)to join our friendly team on aCasualbasis. Your passion and professionalism will be instrumental in enhancing the care and wellbeing of our residents.
What you will be doing:
* Providing the highest level of care and support
* Engaging with residents and family members
* Adhering to Health and Safety protocols
* Accurate record keeping
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience in Aged Care, Community Care or Health Services
* A collaborative team player with a passion for making a difference
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care preferred
* NDIS Screening Check and Training Module (or willing to obtain)
* Flexible availability over weekdays and weekends
