About The Role
At BaptistCare HopeStreet, we seek to transform the lives of people in our communities who are living with disadvantage or experiencing great personal trials.
As a Retail Coordinator, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of our community retail space, ensuring high-quality practical support for our clients.
Duties Include
* Coordinate retail operations, including rostering, stock control, and sales
* Recruit, train and support volunteers
* Build strong relationships with donors, community members and local partners
* Ensure compliance with WHS and BaptistCare policies
* Support broader community development goals through retail engagement
About You
* Certificate IV in Retail or Community Services (or equivalent experience)
* Experience in retail, community spaces or social enterprises
* Strong communication, organisational and financial skills
* Good technology skills, in areas of communication, data entry, and financials
* A heart for social justice and community engagement
* Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
* A valid drivers licence
