Experience desirables:
Reception Duties: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage calendars and schedule appointments efficiently, coordinating availability and confirming arrangements.
Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data in various systems and databases.
File Management: Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring documents are easily accessible and properly stored.
About you;
6 months to 1 years Experience in a similar role (Reception or Admin)
Qualification in Business Administration, desirable but not essential
Organised, productive and able to take initiative
High attention to detail with a growth mindset
Ability to work autonomously and in a team
