Job Brief
We are seeking a diligent professional to fill the role of Payroll Officer. This position will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless operation within our finance team.
* Entering and checking contractor timesheets for accuracy and compliance
* Processing PAYG and superannuation entitlements
* Running payroll on a weekly basis, specifically every Wednesday
* Providing timely responses to payroll and allowance queries from internal stakeholders
* Completing payroll tax lodgements and reconciliations as per regulatory requirements
* Offering support with internal payroll processing and maintaining accurate records
* Assisting with reporting and general payroll administration

* Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
* Ability to listen, learn, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
* Confident communication skills with a focus on interpersonal relationships
* Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and adapting to new systems
