We are seeking an experienced change manager to support our Business Technology & Programs division throughout the finalisation and implementation of the new divisional structure.
This is a part time (0.5FTE), 6 month fixed term position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at our Blackburn North office in line with our hybrid working model.
About The Role
Reporting to the Executive Director, Business Technology & Programs (CIO) responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
* Understand program deliverables and develop and implement structured change management strategies and methodologies, tailored to AV, to facilitate and promote necessary, and culturally appropriate, changes
* Assess the magnitude of change, and the change readiness of the program stakeholders by conducting thorough methodological investigations and impact assessments for stakeholders
* Deliver business change improvement initiatives in line with the endorsed program, change and improvement management methodology and AV's change management framework to link adoption of change to successful outcomes
* Facilitate continuous improvement in organisational change leadership capability by collecting and sharing lessons learnt, and the evaluated outcomes, to encourage good practice and reduce duplication of issues
* Coach and mentor program peers on change resistance, sound change approaches and change models that help facilitate the implementation and acceptance of new ideas, systems and practices in the workplace
About You
To be considered for this position you will possess a postgraduate degree or relevant industry certification (or progress toward) in organisational change, human resources, organisational psychology, professional change management certification e.g. Prosci or equivalent with high level relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and sound experience. Other requirements include:
* Experience leading wide and complex organisational transformation
* Experience on at least one implementation team for a complex and enterprise-wide system or similar significant transformation project that spans technology, service, process and people
* Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience in establishing, developing and nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all organisational levels
