Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead our growing marketing team. This role will oversee all marketing activities across multiple locations, manage a Digital Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Assistant, and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through both digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals to drive sales growth and brand awareness.
* Lead, mentor, and manage the on‑site and off‑shore marketing teams to ensure high performance and collaboration.
* Coordinate marketing efforts across multiple locations to maintain brand consistency.
* Travel to branch locations Australia‑wide to support marketing initiatives, build relationships with stakeholders, and identify business opportunities.
* Provide commercial‑based decision support to senior management, analyzing market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
* Manage the marketing budget expenditure.
* Conduct market research, adapt rapidly to market changes and adjust marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Campaign Management
* Plan and manage multi‑channel campaigns including digital, print, events, and partnerships.
* Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.
* Oversee content creation, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media initiatives.
* Oversee photography and graphic design.
* Oversee organisation of trade events.
Digital Marketing Oversight
* Guide the Digital Marketing Coordinator in managing website updates, analytics, paid ads, and social media.
* Ensure digital strategies align with broader marketing goals.
* Oversee engaging content creation, including product descriptions, blog posts, videos, and social media posts, to showcase product benefits and features.
* Oversee digital agencies to ensure ROI.
Brand & Communication
* Maintain and evolve brand identity across all platforms.
* Oversee and develop creative marketing materials, product brochures, and promotional assets.
* Collaborate with sales and product teams to support launches and promotions.
Reporting & Analysis
* Track KPIs and prepare regular reports on marketing performance.
* Use data‑driven insights to inform decision‑making and improve campaign effectiveness.
Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
* Demonstrated experience with digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics/Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, email platforms, SEO/SEM tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
* Experience managing teams and coordinating across multiple locations.
* Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
* Familiarity with the healthcare or mobility industry (preferred but not essential).
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field is required.
