About the role Provide specialist planning advice and manage development assessments from start to approval. Prepare and review complex documentation (SEEs, REFs), ensure statutory compliance. Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders (incl. other government agencies). What you’ll bring Tertiary qualification in urban/regional planning (or equivalent). Strong residential development assessment experience; Part 5 assessment experience desirable. Excellent written/oral communication, collaborative stakeholder-management skills.
